Refund Policy
How SAVRDH handles refunds for advisory engagements.
1. Overview
SAVRDH operates on a transparent, success-linked fee model. This policy explains scenarios under which refunds are considered.
2. Non-Refundable Retainer
The initial retainer covers case diagnosis, bureau audit and preliminary strategy. Given the significant advisory time involved, this component is non-refundable once work has commenced.
3. Success-Linked Fees
Milestone-linked fees are billed only upon achievement of specified outcomes (e.g. sanction, disbursement, CIBIL improvement). If a milestone is not achieved, no fees are charged for that milestone.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refund of retainer may be considered on a case-by-case basis if (a) SAVRDH is unable to onboard the case due to eligibility grounds within 15 days, or (b) work has not been commenced.
5. How to Request a Refund
Write to accounts@savrdh.com with your Case ID and reason for refund. All refund requests are reviewed within 10 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment mode within 15 business days.
