The rules that govern your use of SAVRDH’s services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SAVRDH’s website, mobile applications or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Nature of Services
SAVRDH provides financial advisory and consultancy services. We are not a lender, banker, credit bureau or a regulated financial institution. Loan sanctions and disbursements are the sole prerogative of respective banks and NBFCs.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information. Misrepresentation may lead to termination of the engagement without refund and appropriate legal action.
4. Fees & Payments
Our fees are transparent and disclosed at the time of engagement. A portion is retainer-based and the balance is success-linked, as set out in the engagement letter.
5. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of your data. Reciprocal confidentiality obligations apply to any proprietary methodology, templates or advice shared during the engagement.
6. Limitation of Liability
SAVRDH’s liability under any engagement is limited to the aggregate fees paid by you in the preceding six months for that engagement.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
